WS101 Bus Seat Belt Indicator (For 1 Seat)

Vehicle seat belt means life belt. It’s a life guarantee for both driver and passengers.It’s of great importance to buckle seat belt to prevent and reduce the danger arising from traffic accidents.

For this very purpose, the WS-101 bus seat safety belt is designed to detect through the gravitational sensor under each seat if a passenger’s or the driver’s seat belt is not buckled or not when seated.

When a passenger is seated with safety belt buckled, WS-101 gives no warning

When a passenger is seated and the safety belt is not buckled in time within 30 seconds, WS-101 keeps giving audio warning by default (simultaneous light warning is optional, and so is dashboard display through CAN module) till the seat belt is buckled or till after 5 minutes.

Design Principle

Each seat is equipped underneath with a gravitational sensor, via which the MCU unit of WS-101 detect if a seat is occupied by passenger or not. Within 30 seconds after a passenger occupies a seat, WS-101 detects if the seat belt is buckled or not. If the seat belt is buckled, WS-101 gives no safety warning;otherwise, WS-101 keeps giving audio and light warning till the seat belt is buckled or till after 5 minutes.
